Brisbane Basketball’s Mini Hoops program is design as an introduction to basketball for kids aged 4 to 11 years. The program is split into three groups including Learners (4-7 years), Legends (7-11 years), and Legends League (8-11 years) and is run over 8-weeks. All programs are coordinated by trained coaches who share their own passion with the game of basketball. Participants are taught how to enjoy the sport and play the game fairly, while simultaneously preparing them for junior club competitions.
In Legends, participants are introduced to game concepts and rules as well as developing fundamental skills and help transition kids into junior club competitions.
In Legends League, participants are introduced to the game environment.
Player registrations for Legends are $140 for new players and include a basketball, backpack and singlet! Returning players are $95 with no pack included. Legends League registrations are $160 for new players and $115 for returning players.
