Brisbane Basketball is excited to welcome Jack Lang as our new Community Basketball Manager!
Jack joins us with a wealth of experience, most recently serving as Operations Manager for the Nelson Basketball Association in New Zealand. Here's a bit more from Jack:
“I’m originally from Christchurch, New Zealand, and I’m really excited to be joining the basketball community here in Brisbane.
I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Development and Management, and basketball has been a big part of my life for over 16 years. I’ve played and coached at the representative level—and even dipped my toes into refereeing!
Before making the move to Brisbane, I worked as the Operations Manager for Nelson Basketball back in Nelson, NZ. I’m passionate about growing the game and creating positive experiences for everyone involved—whether you’re just starting out or have been playing for years.
I’m looking forward to getting to know you all and working together to continue building a strong, inclusive basketball community.”
