Farewell & Thank You – Murry Aldred
After more than a decade of service, Brisbane Basketball bids a heartfelt farewell to our Performance Program Manager, Murry Aldred, who has announced his resignation after 11 seasons.
Murry has been a driving force in shaping the Brisbane Capitals into Queensland’s most successful basketball performance program. His vision, leadership, and dedication have left an indelible mark on our athletes, coaches, and community.
Reflecting on his journey, Murry shared:
“I am sincerely grateful for the opportunities I have had to stretch myself and grow at BBI while stewarding the Brisbane Capitals and playing a small part in the overall program’s success these past 11 seasons. It has been a privilege to work alongside the management team, the staff at BBI, and the wider community of coaches, athletes, families, support services, and our game-day supporters who all make the Brisbane Capitals the most successful basketball performance program in Queensland.”
