At the start of the 2025/26 Summer season, a communication was sent out to the membership regarding the transition from a Registration fee to a competition fee. This communication noted that, due to the change, some players will receive full or partial refunds for fees they overpaid during the transition.
BBI has now commenced issuing refunds, which must be processed manually, making the process time-consuming. We are aiming to complete the refund process in early 2026.
If a refund of $20.00 or less is to be issued, the individual will receive an email with an opt-in form attached. Any funds not claimed will go towards the reinstatement project – a history project to be located on the mezzanine floor. This communication will be sent before Christmas, and a reminder will be sent again in January 2026.
